Reed Accountancy are supporting this great company in recruiting an Assistant Management Accountant to join their team on a permanent basis. The company has seen continued growth and has ambitious plans to continue this into 2025. Are you ready to take your accounting career to the next level? This pivotal role supports both accounts payable and receivable functions, along with crucial month-end duties. You'll be instrumental in bringing our monthly management accounts in-house, ensuring precision in the project business and seamless stock management. What You'll Do: Collaborate with the Head of Finance to maintain financial accuracy and efficiency. Invoice and expenses processing. Weekly payment runs and reconciliations. Work alongside the project team to raise accurate invoices. Credit Control management. Handle month-end closure tasks including accruals, prepayments, and depreciation. Preparing Monthly management accounts. Support other business areas with stock control and project financial timelines (WIP). Cashflow management. What We're Looking For: Proven finance experience. AAT level 3 or higher. Knowledge of Xero. Excellent organisational skills and proficiency in Office 365. Stock Control and Project Accounting experience desirable. Previous experience with month-end processes and producing Management Accounts. Ready to Apply?
