IT Support Engineer - MSP
Bradford
Up to £30,000
CV Screen is looking for an IT Support Engineer with experience working in an MSP to join a tech solutions company based in Bradford. You will join an established and successful business where there is ample opportunity for training and progression.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitor, review and resolve technical support tickets and calls
Management of tickets escalated to 3rd parties both internally and externally
Liaise with presales to offer advice and solutions to customer issues
Occasional client site visits to support project work and deliver technical resolutions
Provide support to junior team members
REQUIREMENTS
Microsoft 365 Product suite
Knowledge of Windows 10 and Microsoft Server
SALARY
To £25,000 - £30,000
OFFICE LOCATION
This is a hybrid role, with at least 3 days working in the offices which are based in Bradford.
