Our client, an established and expanding Property Management Group based in Aberdeen, is currently seeking a Grounds Maintenance Manager to join them due to continued growth. As the Grounds Maintenance Manager, you will be managing a large portfolio of grounds-only developments across the region, and this role will be mostly site-based with office visits. It is envisaged that the ideal candidate has prior experience in a similar maintenance manager role managing ground developments, such as flats and houses. This opportunity also offers an attractive package and career progression. Grounds Maintenance Manager Position Overview

Building and maintaining relationships with both customers and contractors Responsible for creating and distributing regular customer communications Conduct regular owners' meetings, in both individual and group settings Plan, attend and manage evening AGMs for portfolio sites Responsible for instructing and monitoring both reactive and proactive repairs Manage and co-ordinate tender exercises for grounds maintenance contracts Conduct regular property visits Start date: ASAP - happy to wait for notice periods Grounds Maintenance Manager Position Requirements

Must be based within commuting distance of Aberdeen Full UK drivers' licence Must have previous experience in a similar role Ability to work well within a team Grounds Maintenance Manager Position Remuneration
