This role entails leading the information management systems within the Client’s Property Asset Management Team (PAM). You are responsible for creating, developing, and maintaining information systems, including the following: The development and implementation of asset management reporting systems and processes that support the Property Asset Management Plan and Project Delivery Strategy and that can meet identified business needs. Manage all types of data and ensure accuracy and validity in the information it portrays. Undertake a range of analytical studies that identify patterns, trends, or areas that warrant attention (current and future) and ensure that data is collected, stored and migrated across and/or within the appropriate systems with the appropriate GDPR and data security requirements in place. The systems that are utilised vary and include multiple third-party cloud-based platforms to accommodate the management of the property portfolio; Excel, Access, Power BI, and SharePoint. Deliver training to project teams and work closely with colleagues from across our business and third-party suppliers. A focus on continuous improvement and innovation is essential. Perform duties in accordance with Statutory and Corporate Health, Safety and Environmental requirements and management systems. Represent the company at meetings with internal and external bodies in relation to your areas of responsibility and ensure that corporate policy is followed in the decision/action taken regarding the outcome of such interaction. Ensure that all documentation is managed in accordance with company records management requirements.
