Job Overview: We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Regional Workplace Director to develop our operational and strategic activities across our offices and lead our Workplace team for the UK and Ireland. The individual will be part of the Workplace Leadership Team, will be Cambridge office based, and will provide significant on-site leadership support across the region. Responsibilities: Contribute to delivering the Workplace Vision regionally. Act as role-model, ambassador, and advocate within Arm and with external partners demonstrating outstanding leadership. Build and maintain a diverse, inclusive, engaged, and passionate team and deliver at pace in support of Arm. Enable growth and development through positive leadership and mentoring. Own and sponsor strategic and operational activities enabling an aligned, proactive, customer-focused, and efficient suite of workplace services and solutions. Build and own operational expenditure (OpEx) and identify CapEx investment demands, develop estimates, prioritisation, and justification. Ensure accurate insight and data analysis of current space and desk allocation, together with demand forecast, to manage or mitigate risk and opportunities within the region. Build business partner engagement with senior business leaders to understand and align on business strategy, challenges, and opportunities. Take an integral and active role with the Cambridge site to understand issues, challenges, and opportunities to help lead and manage service delivery and maintain high engagement. Required Skills and Experience: Experience leading a regional office portfolio and team owning workplace operating and delivery models, budget management, data-driven decisions, defining and delivering project management frameworks. Consistent track record growing, mentoring and leading teams across organisational boundaries and in a matrixed operating model. Lateral-mindedness, judgement, and flexibility to build community with sensitivity. Real passion for leading positive change with strong proof of delivery in this area. Willingness to be agile, to challenge the norm, remove inefficiency, and push boundaries. Cultural awareness and emotional astuteness to adapt to different ways of working. “Nice To Have” Skills and Experience: Experience working within a fast-paced technology orientated business. Delivery of major campus and office development and fit-out projects including space planning and design, procurement, project management and moves. Professional memberships and accreditation from applicable bodies and organisations.
