Business Development Partner . This is a hybrid role with the expectation of two days a week in our Derby office. You will be responsible for nurturing incoming leads to the point of interest, working with pre-agreed data to generate appointments for sales colleagues in key target areas, directly selling where relevant our training portfolio, and supporting colleagues with bids and tenders. Required skills and experience: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven track record of hitting targets and KPIs Ability to work under pressure Self-motivated with a positive 'can-do' attitude Good IT skills, including experience of working with a CRM system Full driving license and own car is desirable Key activities: Outbound calling to potential customers Meeting all relevant Activity Key Performance Indicators around call volume, lead management, opportunity generation, client contact, and pipeline maintenance Delivering high levels of customer service and building strong relationships with clients Closing deals and achieving sales/appointment targets Updating the Customer Relationship Management System What we offer: Development and career opportunities around the globe Working in a highly motivated team and dynamic working environment Exposure and working with large blue-chip clients and an understanding of the Assurance Testing, Inspection, and Certification industry – a £180 billion global industry.
