Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Global Director of Advisory Services to lead our Global Cyber Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) Practice. Reporting to the Global VP of Professional Services, this role will be responsible for overseeing the Global Advisory Practice. Including the development of new offerings in global markets in conjunction with key business stakeholders and developing a team of high performing advisory consultants in international territories including the US, UK and EMEA. Driving the successful delivery of advisory professional services engagement to our clients. Please note this role can be based in the UK, the US or elsewhere in EMEA. Responsibilities: Leadership and Strategy: Develop and execute strategic initiatives to drive growth and profitability within the GRC Practice. Provide leadership and direction to the global professional services team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation. Collaborate with senior leadership to define the vision and roadmap for the GRC Practice, aligning with overall company objectives. Client Engagement: Serve as a trusted advisor to key clients, understanding their unique business needs and challenges in the GRC space. Lead pre-sales activities, including scoping, solution design, and proposal development, to ensure successful client engagements. Drive client satisfaction and retention through the delivery of high-quality services and the achievement of measurable outcomes. Project Delivery: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of GRC projects, including planning, resource allocation, risk management, and quality assurance. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of clients, maintaining a focus on value realization and ROI. Monitor project performance metrics and implement process improvements to optimize delivery efficiency and effectiveness. Team Development: Recruit, develop, and retain top talent within the global professional services team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development. Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback to team members, empowering them to excel in their roles and advance their careers. Promote knowledge sharing and collaboration across practices and regions, leveraging the expertise of the broader organization. Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in the GRC space, providing thought leadership internally and externally. Identify opportunities for new service offerings, strategic partnerships, and market expansion to drive revenue growth and competitive differentiation. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Masters degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field; Master (preferred) Proven track record of success in a leadership role within a professional services organization, preferably in the GRC domain. Preferably holds applicable certifications including CISSP, CISM, C-CISO (or equivalent certifications in related fields). Deep understanding of GRC principles, frameworks, and best practices, with experience implementing GRC solutions in enterprise environments. Strong business acumen, with the ability to translate client requirements into scalable and profitable service offerings. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, senior executives, and cross-functional teams. Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including strategic planning, team development, and change management. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
