Key Responsibilities for Battery Performance Engineer Role: As a Battery Performance Engineer, your main responsibilities will include: Developing and implementing Systems Modelling & Simulations. Testing batteries' performance with MatLab software. Designing and testing advanced battery cells technologies. Conceptualizing new concepts for high voltage (HV) battery systems.
Qualifications / Requirements for Battery Performance Engineer Role: To qualify for consideration, you must possess: Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Automotive engineering or related field. Proven experience working on complex projects relating to energy storage devices. Experience in data analysis in MATLAB. Experience in systems modelling and simulations. Familiarity with HV battery systems. Familiarity with battery cell technologies. Good communication skills; both written and oral English proficiency level being considered mandatory while relevant job-related qualifications can suffice instead if demonstrating equivalent linguistic ability.
Salary Package Offered: The package offers £50,000 per annum plus other benefits that come from joining one of the UK's leading Engineering R&D firms within their industry sector.
