The Manager will:
Lead transformation projects, ensuring successful delivery and measurable results Work closely with clients to identify opportunities for operational improvements Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders Manage and mentor teams to achieve high performance and outcomes Collaborate with the Delivery Director to drive business growth through client satisfaction Essential skills:
Proven experience in leading transformation projects Excellent communication skills, adaptable across all levels of an organisation Strong analytical skills and a creative problem-solving approach Ability to manage teams effectively and deliver tangible results A full UK driving licence and access to a car Benefits:
