This role will work within a team of product managers responsible for developing the company’s commercial software and data products across UK, EU, US & ROW markets. The role will be responsible to the Head of Digital Products. The Product Manager will work closely with solution owners in the Regional business units, as well as directly with customers to understand their requirements and business drivers and use this input to develop and maintain the product roadmaps. This will include interacting with customers regarding the functional capabilities of the software as part of the sales process, support for tender submissions and involvement with 3rd party partner relationships as required. The Product Manager will also need to work internally with our engineering teams, project management and service delivery functions to communicate the product vision and goals and ensure successful delivery of the product in line with the roadmap. Responsibilities:

Define the product vision and strategy. Work closely with stakeholders across the organisation including sales, marketing and customer success teams to gather insights and align product management activities with overall company objectives. Present the product at industry events, user forums and customer specific meetings. Provide ongoing competitor & market analysis. Define, maintain and communicate the product roadmap. Drive the execution of the product roadmap, considering market requirements, regional business objectives and customer commitments. Work with the Product Owners, Engineering Teams and Service Delivery to elaborate requirements, ensure solutions align to product spec and features are delivered in line with the product roadmap delivery. Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond. Continually evaluate and improve process to enhance product delivery timelines and quality. Analyse and report on product health, ensuring that risks are identified early, and issues are resolved quickly. Manage the investment pipeline for your product portfolio ensuring that investment decisions drive value for the overall business and are accepted/rejected and prioritised based on RoI and value. Work with the sales team on specific customer opportunities including support for proposals & presentations. Experience of delivering software solutions to customers in the Energy sector (e.g. Network Management, Flexibility, Asset Management). 5+ years experience in a product management role. Experience engaging with a wide variety of stakeholders. Be comfortable with working across multiple tasks & managing competing priorities. Proven experience building complex B2B SaaS products. Knowledge of utility industry in international markets. Experience working with agile methodologies in multi-team environment. Solid understanding of the full software development life cycle. A deep interest in sustainability, green energy and achieving net zero. Our Values:
