Job summary The Royal Devon is seeking to appoint Consultants in Radiology to our services based at the Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital. With the development of the Community Diagnostics Centre and a range of one-stop clinics, alongside an increase in demand across Medical Imaging services, we are looking to appoint Consultant Radiologists to join our friendly, successful and ambitious team. Main duties of the job As a key member of the Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust, you will be joining an exceptional team working together to help our patients to stay healthy, when they need it most. Participation in multidisciplinary team meetings is expected and the successful applicants will be part of the registrar supported on-call for general radiology (currently 1 in 16). Applicants must be registered medical practitioners and either be on the Specialist Register, or be within 6 months of completion of specialist training at the date of interview; you should provide evidence of this with your application. When applying please include the contact details of a minimum of 3 referees which should cover the last 3 years of employment; if you are a Consultant one referee should be your current or most recent Medical Director, if you are a Locum Consultant one referee should be your Clinical Director.
