My client, a Tier 1 Main Contractor based in Hertfordshire with a large order book, is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team for an exciting new project near Epsom, Surrey.
Senior Quantity Surveyor Responsibilities:
To deal with and manage the following: Subcontractor procurement Payments Variations CVRs Final Accounts
Required Skills & Experience:
Minimum 10 years post qualified Quantity Surveyor experience Top Main Contractor experience Big Structural Steel build project experience Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent Excellent communication skills, written and spoken
