The Opportunity We are currently recruiting for an additional Partner to join our Inverness office due to our exciting growth plans. You would be joining a local office of 15 colleagues and working closely alongside an experienced and knowledgeable Office Partner. Your role would be centred around providing strong accounts & business advisory support to your local client base, as well as assisting in the overall leadership of the office. Assisting with leading a team of all levels, from trainee to director Alongside the Office Partner, you will be responsible for the success of the office, while managing client relationships, winning work and developing your team Work closely with your clients to understand their business needs and ensure they are provided with a personal and tailored service for both day to day compliance and advisory aspects by both you and the team you lead Manage your own portfolio Pro-actively spot and develop opportunities for the Group and collaborate with other departments and/or offices as appropriate Responsible for people management and direction linked to people strategy and the overall strategy of the Group Represent your office through proactive involvement in Group wide meetings Look for continuous improvement within the office and across the Group Complete own chargeable time budget and monitor the teams Monitor utilisation % budgeted and work towards delivering this What are we looking for? ACA/ACCA/CA or equivalent qualified and possess senior level experience with the ability to manage a large portfolio of clients, whilst leading a team Ability to analyse complex business situations to identify key issues and priorities Ability to make decisions, solve problems, and take appropriate action Experience in an accounts and business advisory position, preferably with a varied commercial client base This position could be suitable for someone currently working at Director level and looking to take the next step, or already working as a Partner but considering a new challenge What's in it for you?
