Your Role: Client Relationships : Identify and develop client/business relationships. Candidate Solutions : Advise on and sell the best solutions for attracting candidates and maintaining a candidate database. Candidate Management : Source, interview, and brief suitable candidates, negotiate salary packages, and present candidates to clients. Negotiations : Negotiate pay and salary rates, finalizing arrangements between clients and candidates. Career Advice : Offer CV, interview, and general career advice. Networking : Build business information that can be converted into commercial opportunities. Target Achievement : Meet and exceed agreed activity level targets. Market Trends : Stay updated with trends and developments in your niche market area. What You Bring: Professional communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. Process-driven mindset. Initiative and teamwork skills.
