Roche is committed to the ethical use of animals in research and therefore, Animal Welfare is an area of key importance to PS and pRED. You provide laboratory animal science and medicine expert advice in the design, ethical review and conduct of external studies. You conduct laboratory animal science and medicine literature reviews to inform decisions on standards of care and use. You keep abreast of novel applications of the 3Rs principles and actively disseminate information within the pRED animal welfare and science community. As a highly effective team player, you are a role model in the following mindsets and behaviours: I act on behalf of the whole company, not just my team.
