This firm is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated lawyer to join their increasingly busy CQS-accredited property team in Salisbury.
This firm's conveyancing gets some very good quality work- in particular, they don't buy in cheap residential conveyancing. Clients come to them for a bespoke, quality service.
The Role:
The firm is looking to hire a 3+ PQE Private Client Solicitor to join either of their 3 offices in Salisbury, Fordingbridge or Andover. Part time work is also available.
The 14 strong private client team, deals with the usual variety of High Street Wills, probate and lasting powers of attorney with some Court of Protection work - mainly for local clients.
The existing caseload for this particular post is approximately 90% probate with some Wills and LPAs, although those wills and LPAs can, if necessary be handled by other members of the team. The team is incredibly friendly, and you will benefit from an existing caseload and an opportunity to develop your own client base.
Requirements: At least 3 years' experience of probate. Experience of Will writing and lasting powers of attorney are not essential - though would be useful.
