Commercial Property Paralegal/Newly Qualified Solicitor Reporting:

Reports to the Head of Department. Overall purpose:

To provide first-rate legal advice and service to our clients according to their specific needs, ensuring full compliance with policies and procedures laid out by the Firm and by regulatory bodies. To act as an ambassador for the Firm at all times, actively promoting its services. Key accountabilities: Assist solicitors in managing a diverse caseload of commercial property transactions, including leases, acquisitions, and disposals with minimal supervision. Prepare summary reports on title, searches, and transaction documents. Maintain and organize case files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date. Liaise with clients, estate agents, and other third parties to gather information, progress files, and provide updates on progress. Support the team with administrative tasks, including post-completion work, onboarding clients, and managing correspondence. Attend client meetings and assist in the preparation of necessary documentation. Stay updated on changes in property law and regulations relevant to the practice area. SKILLS: Proven knowledge and/or at least 1 year PQE within Commercial Property. Trustworthiness. First-rate interpersonal skills. What’s in it for you: Referral bonus. Pension plan. Death in service.
