Our client is a small legal practice in West Bromwich with a real emphasis on community and family.
They are looking for a qualified Litigation Lawyer to join their team in West Bromwich and to develop the area of litigation to include contentious probate matters.
Are you the right person for the job?
A qualified legal executive, solicitor or barrister essential
A minimum of 3 years PQE desired
Training and grounding in civil litigation essential
Knowledge of contentious probate essential
Knowledge of wills and probate procedures desired
What will your role look like?
To assist the partners to build a litigation department from scratch
To market and generate a sustainable business plan for a viable litigation department within the first 6 months of employment
To work with the head of private client to maintain contentious probate matters within the business
To assist the partners with debt management
