Job Opportunity: PI Professional
Are you a PI professional who enjoys leading a team but also dealing with the more technical side of things? Perhaps you have aspirations of this but there is just no opportunity in your current role. Would you like to be responsible for leading and developing the PI business across multiple sites across the South West for this well-known broker? You will be a solid operator with good technical knowledge/experience who is organised and can support others, or you will be someone who can bring client relationships with them and has perhaps been an Exec in the past. You will be responsible for supporting the business to hit the renewal and new business targets across the group. Key Responsibilities: Managing staffing levels including recruitment. Ensuring all training is completed for both new recruits and upskilling your current team. Utilizing your good PI knowledge from either a broker or insurer. Sectors are varied and include engineers, surveyors, architects, and accountants. Salary up to £60k plus car allowance.
