You will lead a team of three fee-earners, a paralegal, and a legal secretary, handling all aspects of privately funded family matters. You'll play an important part in the team's development and growth; therefore, supervisory experience is highly desirable. This role comes with excellent prospects. You must be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 5+ years PQE A collaboratively trained Family lawyer and member of Resolution would be advantageous, although not essential As a senior member of the team, you will oversee, mentor, and train junior and mid-level fee-earners in the team and positively influence the department's success.
