NQ OPPORTUNITY: Corporate Solicitor Bristol – £65,000 - £70,000 I am looking to speak with NQ Solicitors and Trainee Solicitors (due to qualify September 2024) in the Bristol area who are seeking an opportunity to join a national Corporate team that will be dedicated to your training and development. The Team:

M&A: Lead the charge on transformative, multimillion-pound cross-border acquisitions and mergers. Private Equity/Venture Capital: Be part of the journey from seed funding to successful exits for pioneering entrepreneurs and investors. ECM: Navigate companies through IPOs, offerings, and regulatory compliance in the fast-paced capital markets. Listings: Smoothly transition companies to public markets under UK Listing Rules and AIM Rules. Company Law: Deliver comprehensive advice on governance, compliance, and commercial agreements. Joint Ventures: Facilitate strategic collaborations with intricate negotiations. Reorganizations/Demergers: Optimize corporate structures for maximum operational efficiency. Restructuring/Insolvency: Guide businesses through insolvency, protecting stakeholder interests. The Role:
