Family Solicitor / Legal Executive , you will supervise and support secretaries, trainees, paralegals, and other team members as required. You will be responsible for: Achieve fee-earning targets and manage debtors effectively, including securing funds on account. Build and nurture networks with referrers, business partners, and clients to secure new and repeat work. Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to implement marketing strategies and participate in firm promotion via social media and articles. Ensure continuous professional development and compliance training is completed. Represent the firm at networking events to enhance business development opportunities. What we are looking for: Previously worked as a Family Solicitor, Family Lawyer, Legal Executive or in a similar role. At least 5 years of PQE. Member of the Law Society’s Children Panel. Strong academic background. Excellent legal research skills. Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
