Taylor Woodrow is recruiting for an Environmental Data Analyst to be based out of our head office in Watford. Reporting to the Head of Environment, the Environmental Data Analyst will be responsible for collating data from our projects and presenting it to the senior management team. Duties: Support the Head of Environment in developing environmental reporting governance standards to ensure that data is collected and verified in accordance with the VINCI Common Language. Data mapping to ensure accurate and transparent reporting, and identifying areas for improvement. Collect, analyse and interpret sustainability data from various sources to track performance against the Taylor Woodrow Environmental Ambitions. Maintain and continuously improve our greenhouse gas (GHG), waste, water and incident data capture, analysis and reporting system, ensuring it is fit for purpose and reflective of GHG Protocol, VINCI and wider sector best practice. Collaborate with project and regional stakeholders to improve data collection and accuracy at source with the use of bulk upload and data automation. Develop and continually maintain the existing environmental dashboard. Produce reports and present actionable insights to projects and regional teams in easy to understand formats. Where applicable, work with teams to develop bespoke digital tools, e.g. carbon forecasting and reporting, APIs to automate data collection etc. Support the roll out of the VINCI Construction reporting system in Taylor Woodrow, be that via internal development or procurement and implementation of a third-party system. Person Specification: Previous experience in a Data Analyst’s role, preferably managing environmental or sustainability information. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Working knowledge of Power BI would be advantageous.
