Flexible Key Responsibilities: Plan, deliver, and evaluate Forest School sessions in line with the Forest School ethos. Foster a safe and inclusive outdoor environment where children can develop confidence, resilience, and a connection to nature. Implement risk assessments and ensure all activities comply with health and safety regulations. Encourage creativity, problem-solving, and teamwork through hands-on, nature-based activities. Collaborate with staff, parents, and the wider community to support children's development. Minimum Requirements: Level 3 Forest School Leader qualification (or working towards completion). Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one). Experience working with children in an educational or outdoor setting. Strong communication and organisational skills. A genuine passion for outdoor learning and child development. Knowledge of local flora and fauna. Experience in crafting, bushcraft, or environmental conservation activities. All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role. This advert is for a temporary position.
