As part of our Food & Beverage Team you will…
Lead & coach the team on shift to ensure all areas of responsibility are met by the Team.
Escalate issues to the Brand Manager when required.
Induct & support new starters through 90-day induction, and completion of departmental training.
Deliver a hands-on approach to restaurant duties and greeting our customers.
Work with the Team to help keep our kitchens & dining areas clean & safe - Always promoting Health & Safety first!
Carry out the same day-to-day duties as our Team Members, stepping up as a Shift Leader and deputising in the absence of the Brand Manager.

Pay Rates:
16 to 17 from £, 18 to 20 from £, 21+ from £ per hour, with an additional £1 per hour when leading a shift. Experience and Qualifications You may already be working in a similar role as a Supervisor, Shift Leader or Team Leader which is great! All we are looking for is… Experience working in a fast food, restaurant or retail environment in a supervisory position. Excellent customer service skills. Attention to detail.
