Are you an EA / PA looking for a new position in Rail Construction? A Tier One Main Contractor is looking for an EA to work for them across their South West projects in Swindon and Bristol to support their Framework teams! The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as an EA and PA, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment in a team. You should be proficient in Microsoft Office and have experience in managing teams and supporting various teams. Offering: £45,000 starting salary. Hybrid working with 1 or 2 days in the Swindon office and 1 day in the Bristol office. Responsibilities include: Managing and overseeing the administrative functions of the office Rail performance, progression, and planning Programme planning and reporting Dealing with health and safety Experience with Procore is a plus, and training will be provided Coordinating office procedures and streamlining administrative systems Providing HR administration support to all teams Handling payslips, payroll, and timesheets Assisting with the recruitment team Maintaining and monitoring the HR administration systems and database Maintaining records and tracking contracts This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits.
