I am currently looking for a Graduate Support Analyst to join the team and help to continue the success of this amazing company. As a Support Analyst, you will: Solve system user problems and resolve customer issues. Advise users on maximising the System functionality. Help customers configure the System to meet their business needs. Identify and suggest ideas for new functionalities and services. Visit customers to identify opportunities for improved system use. Support other teams in testing new releases of the System. Candidate Profile: A 2:1 or above in an analytical degree subject. Excellent A-levels including Mathematics. Exceptional problem-solving skills. Logical, organised, and practical approach. Confidence and eagerness to take on responsibility. Ability to work well in a team. Proficiency in computer literacy (Word, Outlook, Excel). Customer-focused mindset and ability to build professional relationships. Interest in technology and a passion for a software industry career.
