Location: Tewkesbury Job Type: Full-time Salary: £27,000 We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our clients team, providing front-line technical support to both our internal and external sales teams. This multi-tasking role offers excellent prospects for career growth and development. You will be directly communicating with our client base, assisting with technical enquiries for all our products and bespoke solutions, and reporting to the Managing Director and Projects Manager. Day-to-day of the role:

Provide technical support relevant to the internal and external Sales Team. Handle general product-specific technical enquiries from our client base. Assist in the preparation of quotations, bill of materials, and final pricing with the assembly department. Promote and advise on compatible products, services, and bespoke solutions. Liaise with the Sales Office Manager, Projects Manager, External Sales Team, and all other departments. Produce CAD drawings using E Plus Electro Graphics (full training will be provided). Ensure excellent communication with clients by phone and email, maintaining high customer service standards and organisation. Utilise computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office to perform tasks efficiently. Required Skills & Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills by phone and email. Good customer service skills and well-organised. Computer literate, familiar with Microsoft Office. Good technical and practical skills. An understanding of basic CAD and Schematics. An electrical background is desirable but not essential. Ability to work well within a team environment and with your own initiative. Benefits:
