Are you an experienced Executive Assistant or Office Manager? Our client, a leading organisation in the healthcare sector, is seeking a skilled and resourceful Executive Assistant to join their team in Tunbridge Wells. If you have a knack for multitasking, excellent organisational skills, and a passion for providing top-notch support, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Effectively manage diaries for the Chief Executive and Directors, coordinating meetings and appointments. Arrange internal and external meetings, handling logistics and ensuring smooth operations. Draught and disseminate agendas for meetings, and take accurate minutes. Support the Executive team in preparing reports, communications, and other documents. Coordinate complex communications and serve as a key point of contact for stakeholders. Assist with arranging travel for the Chief Executive and Directors.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a personal or executive assistant / office manager. Executive Assistant Diploma or extensive equivalent experience. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software. High level of professionalism and discretion. Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
