to join an innovation-led food business. Here you’ll be creating delicious new products and innovating existing concepts to keep this award-winning food business at the top of their game. They have a proud history in producing high-quality tasty products that are supplied into leading retailers and food service businesses across the UK and beyond. You’ll get to work on a diverse range of NPD projects that are inspired by the latest food and consumer trends and meet customer’s nutritional requirements. This is a hands-on role developing recipes in the development kitchen. You’ll be involved in customer presentations and taking products into first trials in the factory. You’ll ensure all costings, nutritional data and other relevant documentation is completed accurately. You’ll be part of a friendly supportive NPD team of concept developers and process technologists, working closely with colleagues across all business functions. You’ll have the opportunity to showcase your innovative concepts to customers and see your products on the supermarket shelves. To succeed here you’ll need to be super-passionate about all things food related. An avid researcher of the latest consumer trends, new ingredients, cuisines, and flavours. You’ll have creative flair, be confident in the kitchen and in presenting your ideas to others. Ideally, you’ll be working in an NPD role in food manufacturing, with an understanding of the concept to launch process.
