This Account Manager role will work with Sales and Production teams to deliver projects on time and to the highest quality. The role starts with understanding the customers’ requirements and working with the customer from the cost of the project through to the final delivery. The Account Management team are supported internally by an excellent production team who all work to deliver projects that meet the customers’ expectations. At least 1 – 3 years of print account management experience Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills Ability to multi-task, organise, and prioritise work
