Lincolnshire, Cambridgeshire and Nottinghamshire . Our retail operations lead the industry with innovative products that positively impact our customers’ lives. Role Responsibilities:

Motivate a team of existing Store Managers driving and implementing sales strategies within your region. Establish sales goals and objectives for the team, and monitor progress towards achieving targets. Collaborate with the Head of Retail to align area sales initiatives with regional sales objectives and strategies. Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews with the sales team to provide feedback and guidance. Identify opportunities for sales growth and expansion within the region, and develop plans to capitalise on these opportunities. Ensuring consistency with standards and store presentation across your area. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within the business and our partners. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards for sales operations. Implement and maintain high stock control, stock management and operational excellence. Requirements:

Proven experience in sales management, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role. Previous experience of multi-site management would be advantageous in this role. Strong leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to inspire, engage and guide a team towards achieving sales targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a results-oriented mindset. Knowledge of sales techniques, strategies, and best practices. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the region on store visits as required. Salary scale: The new Area Manager will have experience in a fast-paced retail environment and will be able to drive standards across the area at all times.
