This is an excellent opportunity to enhance your current skill base and join us as a Complex Care Assistant. You will have full training and clinical support to develop and improve skills in various complex areas such as tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care. We care for and support people of all ages, in the community, and their homes, with Spinal Cord injury, Muscular dystrophy, acquired brain injuries, and many other complex needs. Every day will be different, and you’ll be making your clients’ days brighter while developing your skills and knowledge.

The client is an elderly lady with limited mobility, who suffers from autism and a personality disorder. You would be assisting her with her appointments and access to the community, her personal care, and offering emotional support. You will be joining a cohesive team which includes a live-in carer who provides support with your duties. What you'll need
