The successful candidate will be ideally based in the Sittingbourne area and will cover sites in the South including London.
Benefits Salary up to £30,000 (depending on experience), In addition to your basic salary there are significant opportunities to earn bonuses and overtime is readily available. 40 hours per week - Monday to Friday. 23 days holiday per year plus bank holidays. Increasing by 1 day per year of service to a maximum of 25 days. 10 extra paid days leave for Reservists and Cadet Force Adult Volunteers to attend their annual training. Main Duties Water Sampling. Temperature monitoring. Descaling of shower head and hoses. TMV Servicing. Tank Cleans and inspections. Cleaning, disinfection and maintenance of the cooling towers. Endoscopic inspection of calorifiers. Mains injection pipework chlorination works.
Desirable Experience Technical service (closed heating and chilled system testing, cooling tower weekly/monthly checks and water treatment of boilers). Plumbing & water treatment remedial skills. Acid descaling of boilers, towers and condensers.
