New year, new you? Are you a 'people person' looking for a new rewarding role that doesn't feel like 'work'? At Home Instead, we are looking for new Morning Care Assistants to join our amazing team and support our clients to remain living within their own homes.

As a Morning Care Assistant, your role will involve supporting clients with their daily routines, administering medication, helping with personal care, taking people out to their appointments, and more. If you're looking for a rewarding role, then this could be the position for you! Our Morning Care Assistants come home each day knowing they make a real difference to the community. We can be flexible to work around your own work/life balance, with hours available as part-time or full-time. No experience? No problem! We provide an enhanced training programme so you are ready and trained for the role, and we support you throughout your journey. We also allocate you a mentor to help you settle in. As a Morning Care Assistant, we can offer you:

£12.25 to £13.25 per hour, and bank holiday rates of £24.50 per hour Paid travel time and mileage between your visits Variety of hours available to work around your lifestyle Minimum 1 hour visits with regular clients – giving you a chance to build a relationship with those you visit Employee referral bonus programme Paid, award-winning training and ongoing support, with genuine career development opportunities such as promotions and access to NVQ qualifications Employee assistance programme - available 24/7 Free Blue Light Card, giving you discounts across a wide range of establishments What do we require from you?

A genuine desire to support our clients to remain happy and healthy at home. You must be aged 18 or over and able to work an alternate weekend. Due to the nature of the role, a full driving licence and access to a vehicle is also desired. Find out more about us here:
