Install, test, and maintain electrical systems and equipment in line with specifications and regulations. Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical systems. Execute electrical wiring for lighting, power distribution, and control systems. Ensure all wiring adheres to safety standards and local regulations. Conduct tests to verify the functionality and safety of electrical systems. Diagnose and resolve electrical faults efficiently using appropriate testing equipment. Maintain detailed records of work completed, including installation and maintenance logs. Complete documentation to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Adhere to and enforce all on-site health and safety protocols. Ensure all work aligns with current wiring regulations (e.g., IET Wiring Regulations, BS 7671). Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other trades to meet project deadlines and budgets. Participate in site meetings to report on progress and address any issues. Qualifications:

Level 3 qualification in Electrical Installation (e.g., City & Guilds 2365, NVQ Level 3). HNC/HND in Electrical Engineering or related field is a plus. 18th Edition IET Wiring Regulations (BS 7671) certification. Certification in inspection and testing (e.g., City & Guilds 2391) is advantageous. 2–5 years of relevant experience in electrical installation, maintenance, or construction. Familiarity with construction site safety protocols. Available to work Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM. ECS Card or equivalent certification required.
