Sr. Systems Tester , you will support MRN Technologies to deliver its business development strategy through the effective provision of automated and manual testing solutions of core applications and future capabilities. You will also take proactive ownership and development of automated testing capabilities at MRN Technologies ensuring the current and future delivery demands are met. Responsibilities include: Analysis of business requirements, user stories to create effective and comprehensive testing solutions, ensuring coverage and validation of service. Test automation development, designing, building and maintaining reusable and scalable test automation frameworks. Collaborate with all members of the project team and other stakeholders to ensure product quality is achieved. Execute automated test cases for functional, end to end regression and validation testing. Support the system revalidation programme through the development and execution of automated and manual tests. Provide regular and detailed development progress reports to the Director of Validation and other stakeholders as required. Detect and track defects and deviations. Skills, Experience, and Qualifications… We are looking for talented individuals who thrive in a very busy environment. Highly analytical, numerate, self-motivated and have skills in influencing and persuading. It’s Essential you have: Experience of developing and implementing automation frameworks using tools such as Selenium, Junit or similar frameworks. Exposure to Agile delivery is preferable. Full Software development lifecycle exposure is an advantage. Experience of working with JIRA/Zephyr is desirable. Salesforce, AWS, Azure knowledge is an advantage. Experience of working in the Pharma/Healthcare industries or regulated industry desirable. Role based:
