Academy Partnerships and Course Manager
to work full time as part of the highly successful WRc Academy. This role will be based out of Swindon, England. Currently, we are operating a blended working arrangement with a minimum of 1 day in the office and a maximum of 4 days remote working. WRc makes a difference in the Environmental and Water Industry, and our ethos is to create a better tomorrow for people and the planet in line with our key metrics. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently as well as with team members, including managing and maximizing the current partnerships that the Academy has in the industry, as well as securing and growing new industry and client partners. Key Responsibilities:
Work with Academy industry partners to further the reach of course ideas. Generate new partnership agreements that support the growth of the Academy. Analyze the market and provide feedback on possible areas for growth. Engage with the Water Industry through events and external meetings. Highlight technical ideas that have the potential to become business opportunities and develop implementation strategies. Oversee the curation and creation of compelling content, in close liaison with the Course Creators, technical community, and other stakeholders. Person Specification:
Experience in coordinating and liaising with multi-disciplinary teams and line management. Experience in client/partnership relationships. Confident in executing, reviewing, and understanding partnership contracts. Excellent active listening and analysis skills. Strong organizational skills; ability to prioritize work and deliver on deadlines in a dynamic environment, with a keen eye for attention to detail. Ability to be analytical and generate ideas for improvement. Salary and Benefits:
