As the Quality Manager, you’ll be at the heart of quality assurance and compliance. You’ll lead a small QA team, ensuring the company meets and exceeds
ISO 9001
and
ISO 14001
standards. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll tackle quality issues, manage audits, and set quality control strategies that align with senior management and board-level goals. On the Health, Safety, and Environmental side, you’ll develop and maintain policies that keep the company compliant and sustainable, creating a safe and eco-conscious workplace. Quality Assurance Lead and develop a skilled QA team to support continuous improvement. Oversee, improve and maintain
ISO
9001 and ISO 14001 Quality Management Systems. Drive product and process quality by coordinating 8D corrective actions and managing audits. Ensure accurate document control, change management, and regular reporting to senior leadership. Health & Safety and Environmental Compliance Establish and maintain Health & Safety policies aligned with legal and best practice standards. Conduct safety inspections, risk assessments, and ongoing training for all staff. Lead incident investigations and implement preventive measures. Promote sustainable practices within Environmental Management, ensuring compliance with current legislation. Candidate Profile for this QSE Manager job
We’re looking for candidates with strong experience in quality management, especially those who have excelled in scientific or precision manufacturing environments. Here’s what you’ll bring: Qualifications:
Relevant knowledge and training in QMS systems (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001) and an
IOSH
Managing Safely certification or
NEBOSH
qualification is desirable. Experience:
Proven success in a similar role within a manufacturing setting, with solid knowledge of ISO standards and experience in audits. Skills:
