Reporting directly to the Operations Director, and with a dotted line to the Senior Quality Director for Europe, you will be at the forefront of Quality leadership. Your responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with ISO and BRC standards, overseeing the Quality Management System (QMS), and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
As a key member of the Site Leadership Team, you will contribute to achieving key performance metrics, delivering strategic objectives, and maintaining the company’s reputation as a risk-free supplier of high-quality packaging products.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a long-term Quality strategy aligned with business goals. Maintain and improve QMS compliance with ISO 9001, BRC/ISO standards, GMP/GDP, and HACCP Level 4. Lead audits, both internal and third-party, ensuring accreditation retention and readiness. Act as a Management Representative for quality planning, reviews, and corrective/preventive actions. Monitor and report Quality KPIs, enabling data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement. Build and manage a high-performing Quality team, fostering a culture of excellence and engagement. Collaborate across teams to resolve quality issues and ensure customer satisfaction. Oversee quality-related budgets and support operational efficiency initiatives. Promote Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and quality awareness throughout the organisation. What We Are Looking For
We are seeking a credible, proactive Quality professional with: Proven experience in a senior Quality or Technical Manager role within the FMCG, Medical, Pharmaceutical, or similar sector. Strong leadership skills with a history of driving quality improvements and managing high-performing teams. In-depth knowledge of BRC/ISO standards, GMP, and regulatory compliance. HACCP Level 4 qualification (Internal Audit training is advantageous). Proficiency with systems like SAP, Q-pulse, and SharePoint. Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills. A track record of engaging with regulatory agencies and leading change initiatives. What’s on Offer
