We are currently working with a local NHS Trust who are seeking a Band 6 Sonographer to join their team based at a local Hospital in Chester. What's on offer: Contract Length:

3 month initial contract with the view of extension Rates of pay:

£26 p/h Working Hours:

Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm Location:

Based at a local Hospital in Chester Key responsibilities: Work autonomously within guidelines and reporting protocols, performing high quality diagnostic ultrasound examinations in order to aid appropriate / necessary patient management. Maintain patient dignity at all times, particularly whilst performing examinations of an intimate and/or unpleasant nature, where there is a risk of exposure to bodily fluids. Accurately record all relevant patient data during the examination and reporting process. To be eligible for consideration, it is essential that you have a Diploma in Medical Ultrasound, Pg Dip, Pg Certificate or equivalent (masters level).
