Social network you want to login/join with: Location: Anlaby Common, East Yorkshire, HU5 5YJ To start: September 2024 Hours: Up to 35 hours per week Due to a new and exciting partnership with other schools within the Trust, our client requires two skilled Outreach Practitioners to lead on the delivery of their new outreach support programme. These roles will be fundamental to supporting schools in delivering the best possible Tier 1 support in the areas of pastoral care, social and emotional wellbeing, and mental health. The successful candidates will be responsible for coordinating and delivering appropriate support for identified pupils through a bespoke support offer, underpinned by the social and emotional learning model, playing an essential part in helping pupils overcome barriers in order to be successful in school. The working hours are from 08:30am to 16:00pm Monday to Friday during the school term. The successful candidates will also be paid for an additional 35 hours per year, to attend team meetings and training and development that sits outside normal working hours. Hold Right to Work in the UK Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application Provide two professional child related references
