Amazon's Engineering Services group is seeking a Specialist to complement the Module Design team. This individual will be responsible for working with the team in order to ensure UIN maintenance and Support, PLM administrative support, UIN cataloging support, Data collection and maintenance of MDG, and Module Design auditing. A successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring the standards of Module Change Cycle and supporting the CAD team in the on-time delivery of module designs. Key job responsibilities:
Collect and maintain notes from the MCC review sessions Track pending actions and report Gather requirements and support PM in Dashboards creation Maintain Change Requests within PLM PLM cleansing – detect CRs opened for an extensive time, modules created and not released – then work with SPADE to cancel them BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Experience with MS Office and MS Excel Data organization skills Understanding of technical documentation PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Understanding of project management Experience in engineering Experience with Autodesk B360
