Children’s Support Worker

at our young client’s home in

Poole. Meet the Client: I am 11 years old. I have complex care needs and am non-verbal. I need compassionate carers who will take time to get to know me, so that you can more easily read my non-verbal communication. Additionally, be quick-thinking and proactive to keep me safe at night. I particularly like music and can hum you lots of tunes. Mummy says I am an easy boy; getting to know me is key and if you take time to know me, I really am, and your time supporting me will be very rewarding. When you'll be working: Monday nights Waking night: 9pm-7am 1 night a week, but flexibility to cover Tuesday nights when the other team member is on leave What you'll be doing: This role is to support a young boy with complex health needs in his family home overnight. This will involve supporting him with his clinical equipment. Full training, shadow shifts, and ongoing support will be provided.
