Positions Available: Nursery Nurse position or senior - must be qualified - baby room Nursery Practitioner position - unqualified and qualified - toddler room Working Schedule: Days: 4/5 days a week 52 weeks a year Hours: 9 hour shifts (8 working hours and 1 hour paid lunch) Salary: Unqualified dependent on age and experience: up to £22,230pa Nursery Practitioner: up to £23,400pa Senior Nursery Practitioner: up to £24,570pa Benefits: 4 weeks holiday plus bank holidays, plus 1 extra day for every year worked up to 5 weeks (after 5 years) Time back for staff meetings Outside courses A well-being package which includes complementary yoga Staff recognition (e.g., employee of the month gains an extra day's holiday) Discounted rates on a holiday home in Canford Cliffs 50% discount on childcare fees Long service bonus every 5 years Team building evenings (e.g., night at putt shack) Sweet treats in the staff room
