An outstanding practitioner who is dynamic, flexible, and creative. Someone who is learner centric and focused on delivering positive outcomes for learners of all abilities and levels. Someone with experience of teaching Functional Skills from Entry 1 to Level 2. Someone with experience of teaching GCSE English. An enthusiastic individual to motivate even the most reluctant of learners and those for whom education has not been a positive experience to reach successful outcomes. Someone who is willing to work varied hours, including evenings. You will have a teaching qualification or be very close to completing this qualification. Teaching hours will be varied.
