Key Responsibilities
Partner with the West & Scotland Regional Operations teams to meet financial targets and drive improvements
Get hands-on in branch, working closely with teams to boost performance and uncover new opportunities
Analyse and challenge branch performance, identifying trends and areas for growth
Collaborate with the wider finance team to streamline processes and enhance national consistency
Dive into operations to propose impactful KPIs, boost productivity, and make key commercial decisions
Lead financial reporting and budget management for your region
Play a pivotal role in operational system upgrades and changes
Influence senior leaders, build strong relationships across the business, and champion BCA’s values
Key Skills
A qualified accountant with proven leadership and influencing skills
Strong commercial acumen and the ability to communicate complex financial data clearly
