The team at TELUS Digital AI is seeking a Korean-speaking Quality Auditor to ensure that our project meets specified standards of quality and performance. The main responsibility will be to work on tasks that require review, verification, or validation to detect issues, propose improvements, and guarantee that deliverables align with business and client expectations.

The successful candidate will work onsite in Essen and report to the Quality Manager.

Primary Responsibilities: Conduct audits of the Quality queues, identify areas of improvement in quality assurance processes, and recommend strategies for enhancement. Support Team leads in providing root cause analysis related to dips in the individual and project scores and report real-time issues that might lead to them. Conduct root cause analysis of performance issues of resources on an ongoing basis, then develop and measure improvement programs, providing reports and recommendations to the Quality Manager. Collaborate with the Training team to design, implement, and deliver training depending on the needs. Raise questions to client point of contacts for further clarification and share knowledge with the teams. Communicate with teams to leverage best practices and consistency across all projects. The role will require a high degree of confidence and experience.

General Skills & Expectations: Fluent Korean and English language skills. Interest in AI concepts and solutions. Analytical skills and an eye for detail. Solution-oriented and structured way of working. Demonstrate verbal, written, and listening skills, with the ability to provide expertise at all levels of the business and with customers. Time management and organization skills are essential. The ideal candidate will have strong research skills, with the ability to read and understand complex guidelines, and to apply those guidelines to user behavior. Ability to collaborate both internally and externally of the business is essential.

Technical Skills & Expectations: Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and the Google Suite. Knowledge of tools like checklists, questionnaires, and root cause analysis (RCA). Prioritizing issues based on their impact on quality and compliance. Experience with data analysis to support decision-making.
