The requirements for this role include the ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team. As this is a start-up facility, all ideas are welcomed to develop the facility and enhance the children's well-being and growth. To qualify for this role, you must have the following skill sets: Level 3 qualification in children and young people, working towards your level 5. Experience working in a childcare environment. Full UK driving licence. DBS child and adult check. Experience working within the guidelines of the CQC and OFSTED regarding policies and procedures. It is paramount to this role to connect with young people in an environment that is out of their comfort zone, building relationships based on trust and support. You will also need to establish rapport with family members and external companies to ensure the best quality of care and best practices are at the forefront of your mind. Multiple locations in Nottingham and Leicestershire.
