This is a fantastic opportunity for a civil litigator to progress In this role you will be working in an established and thriving civil litigation team with plenty of support. You'll handle a varied range of all aspects of contentious issues including civil and property litigation, landlord and tenant, boundary disputes, contentious probate and personal injury. Clients include local businesses and HNW individuals with claims ranging from small County Court claims to High Court matters. Requirements: You will be a Solicitor or Legal Executive with experience in one or several areas of civil litigation (any level considered from NQ upwards) You will be commercially minded with strong business development and networking skills.
